How do I retrieve my QPP statement from the Retraite Québec website?

Go to the following website:
Click on " Access My Account " **IMP** There is a new government authentication service.
Click on " Use Government Authentication Service "
You can either log in or create an account.
Once on the home page, scroll down and click on "Services, forms and tools"
Click on the "Statement of Participation" link in the right-hand menu:
The link will take you to your QPP statement of participation. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will have the option of printing it to PDF or on paper:
You are done !
