How do I add an approved sender to Gmail?

  1. Log in to your Gmail mailbox online : https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/  

 

  1. Once logged in, at the top right of the screen, select “Settings”, then click on the “See all settings” button :

Step 2 – Click the gear icon in Gmail and then select “See all settings” from the quick settings menu.
  1. Select the “Filters and blocked addresses :

Step 3 – Go to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab to manage email filters and safe senders in Gmail.
  1. Select the “Create a new filter:

    Step 4 – In the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab, click on “Create a new filter” to begin setting up a safe sender rule.
  2. In the “From” section, add the address gagnejohnston@groupepeak.com, then click on “Create filter” at bottom right :

    Step 5 – Enter the email address to whitelist in the “From” field and click “Create filter” at the bottom.
  3. Select the search criterion “Never send it to Spam folder”, then click on “Create filter” at bottom right :

    Step 6 – Check “Never send it to Spam” and click “Create filter” to whitelist the sender in Gmail.

You are done !
