How do I add an approved sender in Outlook/Hotmail?

Not receiving our emails? They might be going to your spam folder. This quick guide shows you how to add an email address to your safe sender list in Outlook and Hotmail in 5 easy steps with screenshots.

  1. Connect to your Outlook/Hotmail online mailbox: https://outlook.office.com/mail/ 


  2. Once connected, at the top right of the screen, select “Settings” :

    Step 2 – Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of Outlook to open the settings menu.
  3. Then select the “Mail” tab, and “Junk email” :

Step 3 – In the Outlook settings, select "Mail" then click on "Junk email" to manage safe senders.
  1. Under “Senders”, select “+ Add safe sender” :

    Step 4 – Under "Safe senders and domains," click on "Add safe sender" to whitelist an email address.
  2. Add the address: gagnejohnston@groupepeak.com , then click on “OK” and “Save” :

    Step 5 – Enter the email address, then click OK and Save to confirm adding it to the safe sender list.

You are done !
